For the orders to Italy, South Africa, South America Country, If you haven't received your order after 30 business days (35 business days in peak season), please contact us.

For other countries, If you haven't received your order after 25 business days (30 business days in peak season), please contact us.

Q8, Do you ship to APO address or PO box?

DHL and EMS couldn't ship to APO address or PO box while the HK air mail do.If you choose the DHL and EMS shipping method while the address you provide is APO address or PO box,we will ask you to provide with us an normative address to make the shipment.

Q9, I have paid the DHL Express fees, why the order is shipped by EMS or Airmail at last?

Because your shipping address is a DHL remote address. We will contact you to know we will change the shipping method before we send out your package.
